For prescribed creams like retin-a, retinol, or differin, Its advised that you stop use seven days prior to your reservation and do not resume use until seven days after your bikini wax. 

No services will be performed if you're on accutane or have been in the past 6 months. It's very dangerous to wax while on accutane and a doctor's note will be needed to receive services. This is why it's so important to be notified prior, of what medications you may be taking so It can be a safe, comfortable waxing experience.

POST WAX INSTRUCTIONS 

• Please cleanse/exfoliate the area 24-48 before appointment. 
• Hair must be 1/4 of an inch (size of a grain of rice) to adhere correctly to the wax.
• Try to resist the urge of shaving for better results. Shaving causes sharper coarse hair and chafing of the skin.
• Relax. The actual anticipation is worse then the actual thing. Slow deep breath’s help to relax the tension in the muscles 
• Remember it’s all worth it! A couple seconds of minor uncomfortable moments, for 3-4 weeks being hairless.
